At Bubukidz.com, we do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order. Not completely satisfied? You can withdraw within the return period of your purchase. Below you’ll find how to register a return and what conditions apply.

1. Conditions for returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• The item must not be opened

• Products with collectible value or limited editions must be in absolute mint condition

• You are responsible for the return shipment until the package has been delivered to us

2. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that are personalized or specially ordered at your request

• Damaged products caused by your own use or negligence

• Products whose seal has been broken

3. Return shipping costs
Return costs are at your own expense, unless we made a mistake in the delivery.
Always send your return with track & trace — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 5 working days via the same payment method you used to pay.

5. Product exchange
Want to exchange an item? Please contact us by email. Clearly mention which item you would like to return and which product you would like to receive instead.
