How do I know if a product is in stock?
All products you can add to your cart are in stock unless stated otherwise. For sold-out items, it’s clearly indicated that they’re unavailable.

How can I pay?

    All payments are processed over a secure connection.

What is the delivery time?

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Belgium: 2–4 business days

  • EU/international: depends on location (see our shipping page)
    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unopened and in its original condition.

First check the track & trace. If you haven’t received it or something seems wrong, contact us and we’ll help you right away.

Can I track my package?
Yes, after shipping you’ll receive an email with a track & trace link to follow your parcel.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product. We’ll make it right.
